MILLER'S MAGIC GUILD provides private and group lessons in close-up magic primarily instructed by Brian Miller, and is based in central Connecticut.
The Magician's Code states that a magician must never reveal his secrets, except in the case of a teacher-student relationship. We comply with that code. However, we are not committed to the popular misunderstanding that the art of magic is all about the knowing and keeping of secrets.
Miller's Magic Guild endorses a holistic approach to teaching magic. Our students learn sleight-of-hand techniques (offered at all experience levels), the philosophy and psychology of performing magic, and the theatrics of magic - character development, presentation, direction, movement, audience interaction, and more.
Brian Miller has been a card carrying member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians since 2006 and is bound by the IBM's Code of Ethics. He is also a member of the Central Connecticut Magicians' Association.
