Happy October!

A few months ago Vanish Magazine asked if I would be interested in submitting an article about the work I’ve been doing with Navy Entertainment for the troops stationed overseas on military bases. Vanish Magazine is the world’s largest digital publication for magicians, boasting 100,000 readers around the globe. They do phenomenal work, and so of course I accepted the invitation.

My article, entitled “When the Navy Calls,” is featured in this month’s issue. A brief 1000 words, the article recalls how I came to work with Navy Entertainment in the first place, and a general idea of how that first tour to Europe in April 2016 went.

Here is a PDF I created with just the cover, table of contents, and my article: Brian Miller – Vanish Magazine Oct 2017

The article was edited by Hal Meyers (professionally know as ‘Dameon’). I first met Hal at the international magic convention Abbott’s Get Together in 2015, and he has since become a good friend. In a twist of fate, this month’s cover story is about Bundy and Morgan, a magnificent illusionist team who I also met for the first time at Abbott’s that year. In fact, we worked the same show on opening night of the convention. It was a blast!

Holiday Season

While I am preparing for Halloween in my personal life, as a business I am already booked until December, so I am now filling up my Dec/Jan calendar with holiday parties for companies and exclusive private events. I’ve already had to turn down a handful of inquiries due to previously booked engagements, so reach out soon if you’d like to add some magic to your holiday party!
